Great benefits attract great people. Our comprehensive benefits package offers something for everyone. Our team is here to help our employees understand their choices, including cost and eligibility, as well as pension plan and retirement savings options.
We know cost is a concern, so we’ve developed a program that delivers affordable selections. Some benefits are provided at no cost to you, like basic life insurance and the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Other benefits, such as health and dental insurance, short-term disability and flexible spending accounts, are provided at a discount extended to valued UMass Memorial employees.
If you work at least 20 hours per week, you are eligible for coverage under our benefit plans. The benefits you choose are effective as of the first day of the month following your date of hire or transfer into a benefits-eligible position.
