Patient and Family Advisory Council

Your opinion matters to us, and we want to create the best hospital experience we can for you.

Our Patient and Family Advisory Councils (PFAC) are an extension of this effort. They allow us to hear directly from patients and family members about the care they have received through HealthAlliance-Clinton Hospital.

Join Our Patient and Family Advisory Council

We invite you to join one of our Patient and Family Advisory Councils at the Leominster Campus or Clinton Campus to share your thoughts and recommendations.

  • Attend one meeting per month at the hospital to discuss opportunities for improvement
