Prenatal Yoga

This class consists of gentle yoga postures and breath work for anyone at any place along the journey of pregnancy. Specific postures and sequences are designed to help improve circulation and digestion, strengthen muscles and build awareness of body and mind. No prior athletic experience is required. Prior to class, please inform the instructor of any injuries or medical conditions to ensure a safe practice. Participants can register for six one-hour sessions or individual one-hour sessions.
