Pediatric Diabetes Services
Our Diabetes Center of Excellence provides care for children with diabetes, and our pediatric diabetes services are delivered through our Children's Medical Center in Worcester, MA. Our program is the only American Diabetes Association-approved program for children in Central Massachusetts.
Our services include:
- Telephone consultations regarding insulin management
- Round-the-clock coverage for medical emergencies for patients under our care
- School nurse program to coordinate care
Live Life Clinic
For young adults, it’s easy to get caught up with the demands of work, school, and social life, and to slack off caring for your diabetes. Our pediatric and adult diabetes teams collaborated to ease the health care transition from childhood to adulthood by launching the Live Life Clinic. The Live Life health care team understands the challenges faced during this phase in life and will help you take charge of your health.
