Maternity and Prenatal Care: 

Fitchburg Family Practice provides comprehensive prenatal care for women. We offer prenatal care in our office with delivery care at HealthAlliance-Clinton Hospital - Leominster Campus

Pediatric Care:

We provide pediatric care for our youngest patients including:

• Physicals
• Well child visits and sick visits
• School and camp physicals
• Immunizations
• Managing chronic illness such as asthma, allergies and ADHD
• Minor sports injuries

Adult Care:

Specialty Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment: 

Osteopathic evaluation and treatment helps the body heal by restoring normal function of its structures. We are able to treat the whole body of our patients newborn to elderly, for conditions like acute and chronic back and neck pain, shoulder and knee pain and other musculoskeletal concerns, headaches, carpal tunnel, etc.
 

Weight Management:

We provide weight management through counseling, groups, medications and surgical referrals. In addition, our patients have access to our registered dietician.
 

Sports Medicine:

We offer sports medicine evaluations and treatment for minor sports injuries.
 

Behavioral Health:

We offer behavioral health assessments and treatments by our in-house psychologists, psychiatrist as well as our family providers.
