UMass Memorial - Marlborough Hospital is a regional leader in the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of heart disease and vascular disease.

We are conveniently located to serve the cardiovascular needs of those who live and work in Marlborough, Hudson, Framingham, Southborough, Northborough, Berlin, as well as other cities and towns that make up the MetroWest region and the 495 corridor in Massachusetts.

Cardiac Rehabilitation

A four-phase cardiac rehabilitation program supervised by board-certified cardiologists, staffed by exercise physiologists, and supported by registered dieticians and health educators is available on site at the hospital.

Primary Stroke Service Designation

Marlborough Hospital is a Primary Stroke Service (PSS) designated by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. PSS designation requires that hospitals follow very specific stroke protocols for patient assessment and care and commit to continuous education of the public about warning signs and symptoms of stroke.

As part of our PSS designation, we provide emergency diagnostic and therapeutic services 24 hours-a-day, seven days-a-week to patients presenting with symptoms of acute stroke.

Access to Advanced Cardiac Care

Our close affiliation with UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester provides patients with rapid access to advanced cardiac care services, including cardiac surgery, an electrophysiology lab and a cardiac catheterization lab.
