Pediatric Family Resource Library

The Pediatric Family Resource Library is a consumer health library offering a collection of reference services and pediatric resources for parents and other caregivers interested in learning more about children's health care issues.

  • You can address questions directly to knowledgeable medical librarians.
  • Make requests to borrow books and videos.
  • Visit the library website to search for books, videos and more.

Parents need to be able to distinguish between accurate and inaccurate health information to support their health care decision making. The library team members teach you how to find and use quality health information on the Internet. You will be given tools to evaluate that information.

The Pediatric Family Resource Library is part of the UMass Medical School Lamar Soutter Library. Internet access and print resources are available.

You care for your kids.
