Financial Assistance and Credit and Collection Policy

Our financial counselors are available to talk to if you have questions about your bill or you require financial assistance. 

If you don’t have health insurance, there are several low-cost insurances available. Even if you work or have health insurance already, you and your family may be eligible for low-cost or free health plans, based on your income.

Self Pay Options

An enrollment counselor will contact patients without insurance prior to their appointment to arrange a meeting to screen for Mass Health and free care programs to cover outstanding balances and/or future hospital costs.
